Dr. Woan-Shiuan (Winnie) Chien, an Incoming Assistant Professor at the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), Taiwan, with whom we are conducting collaborative research, visited us and gave us a talk.
